Eppendorf LoBind Tubes and Plates and epT.I.P.S. LoRetention pipette tips

Tuesday, 09 August, 2011 | Supplied by: Eppendorf South Pacific Pty Ltd

Laboratory consumables from Eppendorf feature high purity levels, the absence of additives which could influence assay results and minimised sample-to-surface binding, so meeting the needs of scientists using tips, tubes and plates for routine assays or specialised work with sensitive samples.

Eppendorf consumables are manufactured from virgin polypropylene certified free of plasticisers, biocides or other additives which could leach into buffers and solvents, leading to false positive or false negative results in bioassays. The material also complies with the FDA requirements for olefin polymers.

The company’s clean-room manufacturing processes are fully automated and subject to continuous quality monitoring. In addition, fully-automated production and special optimised moulds that work without slip agents - such as Oleamide or DiHEMDA - ensure that epT.I.P.S. pipette tips, Eppendorf Tubes and Eppendorf Plates satisfy the requirements of any application. Batch-specific purity certificates can be downloaded from the Eppendorf website.

Eppendorf LoBind Tubes and Plates and epT.I.P.S. LoRetention pipette tips have been developed to minimise sample loss due to adsorption to the plastic surface, without the use of any coatings that could interfere with samples.
