Micromeritics 3Flex Surface Characterization Analyzer
The Micromeritics 3Flex Surface Characterization Analyzer is a fully automated three-station mesopore-, micropore- or physisorption-ready instrument, including krypton capability for low surface area materials.
Each analysis station can be used for either mesopore or micropore analysis, with its own transducer for simultaneous sample analyses. Three different zeolite isotherms can be analysed simultaneously in 22 h.
Of the product’s three independent configurable analysis ports, each port has its own dedicated 1000, 10 and 0.1 Torr transducers. There is a dedicated transducer for Po port.
The product features MicroActive software for data analysis with user-defined reporting options. Interactive data manipulation permits the user to accurately and precisely determine surface area and porosity. User-selectable data ranges through the graphic interface allows direct data modelling for BET, t-plot, Langmuir, and DFT interpretation, minimising time to results.
Other product features include: advanced instrument diagnostics; stainless steel gas inlets, VCR fittings and analysis manifold; pneumatically actuated, hard seal valves provide clean, leak-free operation; small footprint conserves lab space.
