Lonza Lucetta single-sample luminometer
The Lucetta single-sample luminometer can be used for the detection of bioluminescence and chemiluminescence.
The lightweight, small footprint, portable instrument was developed for all measurements of glow luminescence. It can be used battery powered and no computer is required.
It is supplied with MycoAlert Mycoplasma Detection Assay mode for simple user interface. It can also be used for many other luminescence-based assays such as cell proliferation/cytotoxicity assays or luciferase reporter gene assays.
It detects less than 50 amol ATP or less than 1000 luciferase molecules in one reporter gene assay and has a dynamic range of 5.5 orders of magnitude.
