Trajan expands manufacturing footprint
Trajan Scientific and Medical (Trajan) has expanded its organisational and global manufacturing footprint with the opening of a Penang Malaysia facility.
Malaysia is the sixth manufacturing site for Trajan, building on operations in Australia (Melbourne, Vic, and Adelaide, SA) and the USA (Austin TX, Raleigh NC, and San Diego, CA).
With additional capabilities for the precision glass products that service markets all over the world, Malaysia will complement the operations in Australia and the USA where Trajan manufactures their key product lines for the analytical industry.
The establishment of the Malaysian facility will also build on Trajan’s partnerships with key customers’ manufacturing and development sites located in South East Asia. “The Malaysian facility provides Trajan with global capacity and flexibility to meet customer needs,” Trajan Group CEO Stephen Tomisich said.
