Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano proteomics research liquid chromatograph

Dionex has expanded its family of Rapid Separation LC (RSLC) systems with the UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system. The RSLCnano system is suitable for ultra-fast and ultra-high-resolution separations of proteins and peptides for proteomics research.

The system’s flexibility is provided by an extensive flow- pressure footprint, delivering continuous, direct flow rates from 20 nL/min to 50 µL/min at backpressures of up to 800 bar for nano, capillary and micro LC analyses. High-precision, zero-sample-loss injections conserve scarce samples while small-gradient delay volumes, high-gradient precision and high-resolution columns provide high-confidence peptide separations and identifications.

Snap-in switching valves and nanoViper fingertight fittings make system configuration easy and reliable. The UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system supports the most common workflows used in proteomics research, offering solutions for ultra-high-resolution/ultra-fast peptide mapping, online sample preconcentration, 2D-LC salt steps, MudPit 2D-LC and automated offline 2D-LC. The system is an ideal front-end solution for LC-MS analysis.

The Chromeleon 7 Chromatography Data System software and the DCMSLink plug-in provide single-point LC-MS control for all major MS platforms.
