PDR-Separations chiral compounds separation range

PDR-Separations has available a wide variety of products which are suitable for separating chiral compounds.

Scientists working with chiral compounds can use the company’s Advanced Laser Polarimeter (ALP), a real-time/inline optical activity detector for analytical, prep and process-scale applications. Flow cells are available for HPLC/SFC/UPLC/CCC/SMB/bioprocessing at any scale.

Developers of HPLC/UPLC/CCC methods will be interested in AutoMDS, a software/hardware combination that includes 10/20 bottle eluent mixer and 12/24 position column selector. The software runs automatically to screen samples and identify separations using any HPLC technique (chiral, achiral, HILIC, ion-pair, etc) with methods/sequences included.

Those who use HPLC/SFC/CCC for purification can use AutoPrep, a software/hardware combination that includes an injector/collector. AutoPrep runs automatically to purify compounds.

Users of SMB or bioprocessing at any scale can use FiberDAD with Spectral Deconvolution Software. Real-time scrolling 3D display shows raw data. Real-time scrolling 2D display shows each component (deconvolved) in a different colour, even when completely overlapped. Flow cells are fibre optic and inline.
