The SPOT Idea Digital Cameras are high-performance, value-packed, low-cost digital imaging systems for researchers, pathologists, scientists and engineers.

The cameras feature advanced CMOS sensor technology and a USB 2.0 plug-and-play interface for easy connection to laptop and desktop computers. The cameras are designed to deliver high-impact digital images for the serious scientist/microscopist in an easy-to-use, feature-rich camera/software package.

The cameras deliver 1.3, 3 or 5 megapixel resolution in vivid, lifelike colours enhanced by Correct Color Technology, which enhances publications, documentation and archiving of images. Every camera is packaged with easy-to-use, yet powerful SPOT software that is fully compatible with Mac (including Intel processors) and PC (Windows including Vista).
