Vinification multiparameter analyser

Monday, 10 August, 2009 | Supplied by: ALPE Pty Ltd

Enotech is a random access analyser for automatic, multiparameter analysis for enzymatic and colorimetrical tests for process control of vinification as well as the quality of the end product. Parameters that can easily be automated include glucose/fructose, malic acid, acetic acid, free and total SO2, copper, amino nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen as well as many more.

Thanks to its compact structure and ease of use, the Enotech can be an integral part of the oenological laboratory.

This simple-to-use tool comes fully optimised for use with the Steroglass kits, thus reducing the time and costs of analysis. It can easily be adapted and optimised for other test kits as well.

The software operates under a Windows System with a 6.4-in colour display LCD as well as the option for PC connectivity. The software is easy to use and understand.

The user simply enters the sample data, selects the tests then loads the samples and reagents and it is ready to run. Simply come back when the run has finished. It is also possible to have the system automatically re-run any over range samples with the necessary dilution.
