The AES Chemunex Labguard2 is a wireless system that continuously monitors laboratory equipment and automatically alerts users to any problems. Easy to use and install, the Labguard2 provides the data required for FDA CFR21 part 11 and GLP compliance.

Labguard2 enables users to simultaneously monitor multiple pieces of equipment for: temperature, pressure, humidity, O2 and CO2. Door sensors can also be monitored.

The monitored equipment can be within the laboratory or in remote locations throughout the building. Data collected from the Labguard2 is then transmitted to a standalone computer or existing computer network. The modular software allows users to select from a range of monitoring and reporting options which include: remote alarm communications; remote consultation; equipment location mapping; temperature mapping (baths) and cycle monitoring; and routine maintenance and calibration reminders can also be programmed.

Labguard2 eliminates the need for manual readings by alerting users as soon as a problem occurs, saving time by improving efficiency and performance. Labguard's automatic readings are accurate, reliable and convenient. Labguard2 fits easily into an IQ.OQ.PQ structure providing an essential audit trail and fully traceable results.
