YMC’s CHIRAL ART HPLC columns/packing materials have been coated/immobilised with chiral selectors from derivatives of polysaccharides. The columns are suitable for the separation of a wide range of chiral compounds, cis-trans isomers and geometric isomers. They are used for a wide range of application areas, such as measuring the optical purity with analysis columns, purification of chiral materials with preparative columns and/or packing materials, etc.
CHIRAL ART Immobilized Type separation HPLC columns consist of a polysaccharide derivatives chiral selector that can be used either in normal- or reversed-phase modes. The HPLC columns are available in preparative grades and in large (multi-kilo) quantities. They provide good peak shapes for ionic and metal coordination compounds, reduced background signals under typical gradient conditions, chemical stability across a wide pH range, high solvent versatility (<2%) and high resistance to various solvents.
