The DuPont Tyvek IsoClean range of single-use garments and accessories for use in cleanrooms includes coveralls, hoods and boot covers. The range is designed for use in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, hospital and laboratory facilities that require high standards for microbiological contamination control.

The range is clean processed, sterilised and individually packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. It is available as gamma irradiated to sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6 and folded for aseptic donning. Certificates of sterility are available for sterile garments.

Garments made with DuPont Tyvek have low linting and low particle shedding, and are a good barrier to particles, microorganisms and non-hazardous liquids, including some dilute inorganic chemicals splash. They are lightweight, comfortable, durable, easy to wear and available for different cleanroom applications.

The apparel eliminates concerns about cross-contamination that can occur with laundering or compromised performance due to multiple wash and sterilisation cycles. The DuPont single-use apparel program allows the user to order only the quantities that he or she plans to use, offering flexibility as needs change.
