GeneTex G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) antibodies
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) constitute the largest superfamily of human cell surface transmembrane receptors with over 820 genes. GeneTex’s goal is to produce the most extensive line of antibodies for human GPCRs.
These antibodies will be thoroughly characterised through their enhanced ‘Five Pillar’ validation strategies that include knockdown/knockout lysates, comparable antibodies, cell fractionation, detection of endogenous GPCR expression and overexpression. In addition, specialised testing using human GPCR arrays will be utilised when possible. The goal is to generate the most diverse, expansive and meticulously verified antibody reagent catalogue for GPCR biology research.
