HUABIO Nanobodies are compact antibody fragments derived from heavy-chain-only antibodies. With a size of ~15 kDa, they can penetrate tissues effectively and bind to hidden epitopes with higher binding affinities.

Engineered for stability, the nanobodies demonstrate resistance to harsh conditions, for robust performance in diverse experimental settings. They exhibit high specificity and affinity for their target antigens, enabling sensitive detection and high solubility. Nanobody production involves library construction from clonal DNA and in vitro selection techniques, for the same product every time.

The nanobodies are useful research tools in molecular imaging, protein crystallisation and structural biology studies. In diagnostics, they contribute to the development of sensitive assays, while in therapeutics, their potential includes targeted drug delivery and cancer treatment.

In summary, the nanobodies represent a class of antibody fragments with novel properties, for use in molecular research and various applications.
