BioWhittaker UltraDoma with L-glutamine is a protein-free formulation designed for the cultivation of murine, human and chimeric hybridomas, myeloma growth and monoclonal antibody production.

The completely defined medium with HEPES buffer and L-glutamine does not contain peptides or tissue extracts.

It significantly speeds and simplifies downstream processing and purification as all proteins present in a given cell culture supernatant are produced by the cells.

Available as 1x liquid or a powder, it is designed for lab experiments right up to industrial-scale applications.
