Scientifica, which specialises in the development, design and manufacture of high-quality micromanipulation and mounting equipment for electrophysiology and associated techniques, has appointed Scitech as its official Australian distributor.

The UK-based company’s product portfolio ranges from very smooth, ultra-stable micromanipulators with low electrical noise to stable slice platforms, imaging platforms that are compatible with a confocal or multiphoton systems and fully integrated patch clamping systems. All equipment is tried and tested in some of the most respected laboratories, universities, research centres and pharmaceutical companies around the world.
