Metrohm named exclusive Aus distributor of ELGA water purification products
Metrohm Australia has announced that, as of 1 March 2020, it is the exclusive distributor for ELGA LabWater in Australia for the PURELAB and CENTRA ranges. Together, the two companies plan to work seamlessly to provide ongoing support and service for all existing ELGA customers.
ELGA LabWater, a division of Veolia Water Technologies, has been a specialist in the engineering, service and support of water purification systems for over 80 years, from primary-grade water for simple routine washing and rinsing to ultrapure (Type 1) water for the most critical science and analytical applications. Its water purification systems are constructed from high-quality components to ensure optimal purity, with built-in economical processes that are said to result in low consumable costs.
Metrohm Australia (formerly known as MEP Instruments) was established in 1999, supplying and servicing the whole Metrohm portfolio as well as other leading scientific brands. The company says it is committed to the scientific community through its provision of leading instruments and equipment as well as support and advice; hence, it has offices in all states with qualified engineers and technical support.
Along with the new partnership announcement, Metrohm is also announcing an exclusive promotion for new and existing customers. Consumers are encouraged to register their water purification system (ELGA or an alternative brand) on www.metrohm.com/en-au/register for a 10% discount voucher off their next purchase or service.
ELGA and Metrohm have also announced the imminent launch of the PURELAB Quest in Australia — a compact and sustainable system with three types of water for every application in your lab.
