HEMCO canopy hoods are designed to capture and exhaust steam or fumes that are corrosive, heated or of a noxious odour. Typical locations are above water baths, hot plates, cleaning stations, drums, welding applications and operations generating heat.
The canopy hoods are available in moulded composite resin or type 304 stainless steel in either wall mount or island suspended styles. The canopy hoods are chemical resistant and flame retardant, and can be equipped with side and/or rear panels to prevent cross drafts and better contain fumes. The canopy is equipped with an integral exhaust duct connection collar.
