HEMCO UniLine laboratory casework

HEMCO’s UniLine laboratory casework is constructed of welded 18-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish (colour: lab white), designed to be environment friendly, attractive and long-lasting. The casework is tested independently to be SEFA 8 compliant.

The drawers extend to 46 cm fully open and come with an interchangeable, interlocking drawer head, sound deadened for quiet operation. A one-piece drawer body with radiused bottom enables easy cleaning. The dynamic drawer slide assembly is mounted on welded channel assemblies. The interior is powder-coated steel; a stainless steel interior is optional.

The doors feature two-piece, double-wall construction, painted before assembly. An insulated door filler adds rigidity and quiet operation. They come in a powder-coated finish with rubber door bumpers.

There are minimal holes in the front post of the cabinet interior for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Full-length and width-adjustable shelves enable maximum storage, while triangular support rails provide added strength. Other features include heavy-duty plated steel shelf clips and a powder-coated finish. The cabinet interior bottom features a radius flange for strength and ease of cleaning.

Recessed toe space, measuring 10 cm high and 9 cm deep, promotes laboratory cleanliness. The cabinet height is adjustable from 89 to 97 cm.
