33 Royal Parade is in the heart of the Parkville biomedical/research precinct and is the northern most of four buildings on the Monash University College of Pharmacy Campus. Due for completion in December 2006, the buildings design makes it ideal for laboratory/research/office space as it boasts substantial chemical and waste handling facilities with full wet laboratory provisions to each floor.

Monash University's Victorian College of Pharmacy (VCP) has already pre-committed to a long term lease of Levels Ground, 1 & 2 highlighting the buildings regard in the precinct.

The following areas are still available for lease and can be subdivided to suit smaller requirements: Level 3 (1,313 m2)- Lab/Res/Office, Level 4 (1,308m2)- Lab/Res/Office, Level 5 (758m2)- Lab/Res/Office, Ground (41m2)- Chemical & Waste stores only.
