Mobile machines and commercial vehicles are subject to tough operating conditions, so to ensure the smooth operation of vehicles and protect the engine and power train from damage, optimal diesel fuel treatment is important.

Modern diesel filtration systems, like HYDAC Diesel Precare (HDP), ensure vehicle manufacturers and operators are protected from operation malfunctions, failures and expensive service operations. The product offers good performance data through a two-stage water separation as well as good filtration behaviour through the use of synthetic media.

Two versions are available: the fully automatic water discharge Plug & Play (HDP HighTech), for user-independent discharge even during suction side operation; and the manual water discharge option (BestCost). Both systems are pre-filters for suction side use and consequently protect all pumps and components of the fuel system against water and solid contamination. They are available in double or even triple design and therefore appropriate for bigger flow volumes.
