Scientex to distribute AdNanoTek UHV deposition systems
Scientex has been appointed as the distributor for AdNanoTek in Australia and New Zealand.
Headquartered in Taiwan, AdNanoTek specialises in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art and fully customisable UHV deposition systems, including:
- pulsed laser deposition (PLD)
- molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)
- electron beam evaporator (EBE)
- ion beam sputter deposition (IBSD)
- magnetron sputtering deposition (MSD)
- thermal evaporator (TE)
- chemical vapour deposition (CVD)
- atomic layer deposition (ALD)
- reactive ion etching (RIE)
- integrated UHV systems and laser-heating solutions.
The company said its UHV deposition systems are guaranteed to deposit high-quality thin films in terms of the uniformity and purity of surface and interfaces. The system control software provides a user-friendly interface that allows easy operation, precise parameter tuning, real-time process monitoring and complete data logging.
Scientex believes its association with the UHV systems manufacturer provides a visible platform for AdNanoTek to compete with innovative configurations in the fast-growing high-tech materials sector.
