Portescap’s Athlonix high power density brush DC motors deliver high speed-to-torque performance in a compact, lightweight package with output power of up to 9 W.

The motors feature an energy-efficient, coreless design with a self-supporting coil and magnetic circuit, which delivers high power density and sustained endurance over the life of the motor. They are available in 12, 16 and 22 mm frame sizes.

The self-supporting coil provides a low motor regulation factor with energy efficiency claimed to be approaching 90%, depending on the motor load conditions.
