The unit is suitable for general laboratory duty with a highly visible LED display and touchpad control panel, easy program setting, and adjustable acceleration and deceleration settings for sensitive samples.

The machine has a variety of interchangeable rotors, both fixed angle and swing out, offering RCF ratings to a maximum of 4100 and RPM of 5000 with the option of selecting either parameter for display.

The Orbital 160 microcentrifuge also has a brushless motor, LED display and program versatility. It offers a range of fixed-angle rotors and a microhaematocrit head making it both versatile and productive.

The Orbital 160 can deliver a maximum RCF of 18,360 and maximum RPM of 16,500. Either RPM or RCF readings can be selected for display and control.
