The WA Scientific Instruments WB model water baths are suitable for most applications. The outer body is steel coated with resistant epoxy paint, while the inner tank is stainless steel with rounded corners for efficient circulation and cleaning.

The electric elements are located under the tank, so the working surface is easy to clean.

Electronic temperature control is by a PID microprocessor and PT 100 probe. The units also feature a visual alarm ‘over-temp’ thermostat, manual reset and fibreglass thermal insulation.

The four models in the range have 6, 14, 20 and 42 L capacities and feature temperature ranges from ambient plus 5 to 99.9 °C with water temperature precision of ±1.0 °C.

A range of accessories is available for the water baths including polycarbonate and stainless steel lids, drain outlets and numerous stainless steel test tube racks.
