Echelon Biosciences ExoTracker and ExoClean extracellular vesicle (EV) labelling and purification kits

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have rapidly gained scientific attention due to their ability to transfer protein and nucleic acid cargo between cells. EVs present a breadth of possibilities for both the development of clinical diagnostics and EV-based drug and therapeutic delivery.

Echelon Biosciences’ ExoTracker kits utilise membrane- or RNA-specific fluorophores to label EVs in cell culture and tissue samples. Each kit contains enough reagents for 20 samples.

Post-labelling, the ExoClean EV purification kit provides a simple two-step system for purifying extracellular vesicles/exosomes. It replaces the time and equipment costs associated with ultracentrifugation-based purification by pairing a precipitation reagent with microcentrifuge columns. This has the added benefit of removing unwanted contaminants associated with other precipitation techniques.
