Wednesday, 03 February, 2010 | Supplied by: Pump Systems Ltd

Gotec EMS and EMX micropumps are small pumps with high performance. Their compact size means they are suited to high-tech applications found in medical and laboratory devices and OEM equipment including lubrication and printing systems.

The EMS 10 has a plastic body and plastic connectors, whereas the EMX 08 is constructed in stainless steel and PTFE to suit a wider range of fluids and applications. There are four sizes available for flow rates up to 25 L/h and pressures up to 1.2 bar.

The pumps can be connected directly to a mains power supply with available voltage of 230, 110, 24 and 12 VAC. They can also run on a DC supply when using a special electronic device. Average power consumption is around 18 W and the pumps can also be supplied with accessories such as mounting brackets, heatsinks, DIN plugs with diodes as well as DEMA metering tips.
