The Inox 300 L Instantiser dissolves and disperses viscous solids, semi-solids and powders.

The impeller system produces a high level of turbulence to dissolve and disperse food products. It can dissolve soluble products in less than 5 minutes with no ‘burn-on’ effect.

Applications include: dissolving stabilising gums, emulsifiers, or hard or frozen products; diluting products like pastes or concentrated purees; dispersing powders; de-aerating; and rehydrating.

Optional features include: a heat transfer surface with cavity plate walls and bottom, for heating or cooling; and an insulated tank body, with 50 mm heavy-density fibreglass cased in stainless steel.

Capacities from 100 to 5000 L are available in a finish that meets food industry standards.
