Large capacity autoclaves

The Varioklav 65T Steam Steriliser from H+P has a deep square chamber so the total usable capacity is increased over the conventional round chamber design. The 65T can hold up to 18 x 1 L round laboratory flasks at one time. On top of this, the bench design allows smarter use of space.

Modules are available for liquid cooling to reduce cycle time and the processing of thermally instable media. Pre-vacuum systems ensure removal of residual air available as single pulse or fractionated for porous loads. Exhaust air filtration is also available for sterilising dangerous organisms, ensuring the safety of the process and users alike.

The standard unit incorporates an ultra-flat steam generator within the double wall of the unit. Pre-heating provides quick and energy-efficient steam management. A built-in compressor also guarantees the safety of the door-lock system.

Standard sterilisation programs on the basic model feature two liquid programs, one solid and one waste cycle. The integrated control module allows for 16 programs depending on load requirements. All program steps comply to the relevant EN DIN standards for medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory devices. Batch documentation is available for TGA and quality assurance with either built-in printer or RS232 output.
