Microplate fluid dispenser

The UltraSpense 2000 bulk reagent dispenser from KD Scientific incorporates a 'no consumables' and 'no required calibration intervals' design that makes automated microplate dispensing affordable for more laboratories.

The UltraSpense 2000 has no required calibration intervals. Even 99% sulfuric acid at 50°C doesn't alter UltraSpense's reliable and high accuracy delivery of laboratory reagents.

The UltraSpense twin-plate design can double dispensing throughput over single plate designs without robotics.

Automating 96- and 384-well plate dispensing improves consistency, eliminates errors and alleviates the fatigue and strain injuries often associated with manual and automatic pipetting.

The valve-less fluid path, driven by a ceramic piston pump with only one moving part, is compatible with a wide range of viscosities and particulate densities. UltraSpense requires minimal maintenance, maintains high dispensing accuracy and delivers precision/repeatability at <0.5% CV over the life of the product.
