Pressure, temperature and humidity monitor

The GFTB100 environment monitor is a versatile instrument that can be used to measure atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, absolute humidity, temperature, dewpoint temperature, wet bulb temperature and microscope content.

The instrument is suitable for determining whether there is excess humidity in storage areas and hence the likelihood of moulds and mildews growing on products and interior surfaces.

Barometer readings can be compensated for elevation above sea level and will indicate if pressure is rising or falling, a useful feature for weather forecasting.

Temperature accuracy is claimed to be ±0.5% of measured value, ±0.1 °C. Humidity accuracy is claimed to be ±1.5% linearity with ±1.5% hysteresis between the range of 11 to 90% RH.

The unit is encased in an impact-resistant enclosure and is supplied with a 9 V battery.

Typical applications include checking air-conditioning and cooling systems, environmental chambers, greenhouses, production areas and product drying.
