Sterile centrifuge and microcentrifuge tubes

Tuesday, 01 July, 2008 | Supplied by: Thermo Fisher Scientific

LabServ sterile centrifuge tubes have easy-to-read black graduations which are accurate to ±2% with a large white writing area.

The microcentrifuge tubes have a flat, pierceable frosted cap that won’t open when the tubes are boiled or autoclaved.

Both the products are made of high-clarity gamma-resistant polypropylene and fit most common rotors. They have a maximum RCF of 16,000 g (microcentrifuge tubes) and 9400 g (centrifuge tubes).

The products are gamma sterilised and DNAse-free, DNA free and non-pyrogenic (only the PF variant centrifuge tubes) and are autoclavable at 121°C and freezable down to -80°C.
