Clonetics h NHEPS human hepatocytes are available as cryopreserved ampoules containing 3-6 million cells.
Human hepatocytes are obtained and handled in a legal and ethically responsible manner. Donor information is available and all hepatocyte donors are serologically negative for HIV-1, hepatitis B and C and syphilis.
Cryopreserved hepatocytes are tested for viability, attachment, morphology, cytochrome P450 (phase l EROD and ECOD), uncoupled phase ll activity and albumin expression.
All cell lots test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. A certificate of analysis is provided.
