Cosmo Bio Binkit for natural killer cells expansion

The Biotherapy Institute of Japan has released the Binkit for NK cells expansion from PBMCs. A benefit of the kit includes the ability to expand natural killer (NK) cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) without the need for feeder cells.

The number of NK cells will increase several hundred to several thousand-fold in three weeks and will gain enhanced cytotoxic activity. The kit is suitable for PBMCs from 20-50 mL of whole blood and the kit is xeno free and therefore free from animal-derived materials.
