Abnova antibody pairs for proximity ligation assay

Tuesday, 06 April, 2010 | Supplied by: Sapphire Bioscience

Abnova offers a range of over 30,000 antibody pairs for proximity ligation assay (PLA). PLA is a technique that allows the immunohistochemical assessment of protein-protein interactions. It involves the binding of a ‘probe’ (ie, a pair of antibodies from two different species attached to DNA probes) to the target protein of interest.

Abnova’s antibody pairs for PLA are designed to be combined with an in situ PLA kit for assessing protein-protein interactions (eg, dimerisation) and protein modifications (eg, protein phosphorylation).
