The Cambrex Reliant FastLane Gel System can be used to analyse PCR products. DNA fragments from 10 bp to 10 kb can be resolved accurately in as little as 15 minutes.

The compact electrophoresis system includes a precision cast SeaKem Brand Agarose Gel with an accurately pre-mixed and pre-measured separation buffer. This buffer is specifically engineered to optimise running performance in the FastLane Chamber for quick analysis of PCR and restriction digest fragments. Gels are available in 12 and 24 well formats in TBE buffer and 12 well format in TAE buffer.

The Reliant FastLane Starter Kit consists of: 10 precast agarose gels (prestained with ethidium bromide in UV transparent trays); pre-measured buffer packs; the FastLane Chamber; a SimplyLoad Tandem Ladder; and 'The Sourcebook, A Handbook for Gel Electrophoresis'. The Reliant FastLane Starter Kit includes everything required for quick PCR analysis.
