Enzo Life Sciences PEGylated Protein ELISA kit
Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is a widely used polymer in drug delivery systems and is often directly conjugated to a drug therapeutic. PEGylation of drug therapeutics has been found to increase retention time, reduce immunogenicity and increase stability towards metabolic enzymes.
The PEGylated Protein ELISA kit from Enzo Life Sciences is a competitive assay to measure a variety of PEG molecule formats, including linear and branched forms as well as free and conjugated forms. This kit is suitable for drug development and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications including drug formulations, pharmacokinetics analysis, drug comparison, lead candidate identification, lot release criteria and in-process QC studies.
The assay is run on a 96-well plate, enabling analysis of up to 35 samples in duplicate in just 2 h. The kit achieves sensitivity below 1 ng/mL and range of 1.75-225 ng/mL.
