Epigentek EpiQuik histone multiplex assays
Users can get a snapshot of the histone modification pattern in their samples in 2.5 h with Epigentek’s histone multiplex assays. The kits contain all the reagents required to detect and quantify common histone 3 and histone 4 modifications in a simple, colorimetric ELISA-like format. The kits include controls and total histone sets for normalising histone levels to compare different samples and treatments.
The EpiQuik Histone H3 Multiplex Assay Kit can simultaneously measure up to 21 different histone H3 modifications, including H3K4me1, H3K4me2, H3K4me3, H3K9me2, H3K9me3, H3K27me1, H3K27me2, H3K4me1, H3K27me3, H3K36me1, H3K36me2, H3K36me3, H3K79me1, H3K79me2, H3K79me3, H3K9ac, H3K14ac, H3K18ac, H3ser10P and H3ser28P.
The EpiQuik Histone H4 Modification Multiplex Assay Kit can simultaneously measure up to 10 different histone H4 modifications, which includes nearly all modified histone H4 sites including H4K5ac, H4K8ac, H4K12ac, H4K16ac, H4R3m2a, H4R3m2s, H4K20me1, H4K20me2, H4K20me3 and H4ser1.
