Gilson Trackman portable light box

The Gilson Trackman portable light box can be used to keep track as users pipette from one microplate to another. The tool is claimed to simplify laboratory work, improve productivity and reduce pipetting errors and cross-contamination.

It contains LED lights which help users place 96 and 384 well microplates in the correct position. Its flexible design is suitable for most microplates and pipettes (single and multichannel). It can be used either manually, by foot pedal or by setting a timer to move the lights at a designated interval.

Compact (280 x 170 x 23 mm) and lightweight (490 g), it can fit on almost any benchtop. For optimal positioning, the device can be used in a flat position or adjusted to a slight incline using a retractable stand.
