The mobile Iris StatSpin Express 3 blood processing system can be used anywhere that blood collection and processing is required. It is designed to run off an alternative power source such as a car battery, making it suitable for use in remote locations.

The system consists of a centrifuge and power supply and can produce serum or plasma in minutes.

The system case features: two press and pull latches; one double-layered, soft grip handle; two padlockable hasps; inline wheels; telescoping handle; Vortex valve; and flush powerful hinges. The unit is constructed of lightweight strong HPX resin and is watertight.
