Mercodia’s Ultrasensitive Mouse Insulin ELISA allows for the quantitative determination of low levels of insulin in mouse samples. The ELISA is based on highly specific monoclonal antibodies with insignificant or no cross-reactivity to C-peptide or proinsulin.

The kit allows for a sample volume of 25 µL, has an assay range of 0.025–1.5 µg/L with a detection limit of 0.025 µg/L, and has an total incubation time of 2 h 30 min. A Diabetes Antigen Control for Rat & Mouse is available to be used as a three-level control for the ELISA.
