Navinci Diagnostics Naveni TriFlex Cell protein visualisation kit
Navinci Diagnostics has created a way to take a snapshot of two proteins as they interact or remain unbound, opening the door to study protein interplay and functional states while keeping the structural integrity of cells.
The company’s Naveni TriFlex Cell uncovers protein complex formation and disassembly in response to different stimuli in situ. Based on Naveni Proximity Ligation Technology, the kit concurrently visualises two proteins in a free and complex state within any cell compartment, thus shedding light on these proteins’ hidden lives.
Within the product range, the Naveni TriFlex Cell MR is an in situ kit, to be used with the user’s primary antibodies of choice (raised in mouse and rabbit). This kit is compatible with traditional immunostaining equipment and has been validated on cell samples.
