Navinci Diagnostics NaveniBright BOND RX HRP for detecting protein–protein interactions

Wednesday, 03 July, 2024 | Supplied by: Sapphire Bioscience

Navinci Diagnostics introduces the NaveniBright BOND RX HRP, which integrates chromogenic readout automation on the BOND RX Fully Automated Research Stainer. The kit is based on Navinci’s Naveni in situ proximity ligation technology, offering flexibility tailored to the user’s primary antibodies and targets.

The in situ kit enables users to detect protein–protein interactions, post-translational modifications and/or specific protein targets efficiently using the research stainer; achieve high throughput and enhance research efficiency and reproducibility through a seamlessly integrated automated workflow on the research stainer; and save valuable time with the automated workflow, reducing hands-on time and maximising overall research productivity.

The kit includes two Navenibodies conjugated to proprietary oligo arms, directed to the primary antibodies with host origin of mouse and rabbit respectively. Only if the Navenibodies are in close proximity will they generate a rolling circle amplification reaction, leading to a strong and distinct dot.
