Precellys Lysing tissue homogenisation kits

Precellys offers a range of high-quality lysing kits for bead-based tissue homogenisers. The kits are tailored to provide optimal tissue homogenisation for each sample with a customised mixture of glass, ceramic or stainless steel beads in a variety of sizes (0.1 to 6.8 mm).

The ready-to-use kits are available in 0.5, 2 or 7 mL tube formats. The user can search through hundreds of application notes and protocols on the Precellys website for efficient and reproducible homogenisation of different samples for subsequent extraction of DNA, RNA, protein, drugs, live cells and more.

The kits are suitable for animal and human tissue - whole organs can even be prepared using the 7 mL kits. They are also suitable for plant tissue, including large samples using the 7 mL kits, and microorganisms, with the small beads facilitating the crushing of microorganism walls.

The kits are designed for use with the entire Precellys homogeniser range and are compatible with other bead-based homogenisers.
