Protein detection system

Tuesday, 01 July, 2008 | Supplied by: Merck Pty Limited

The Snap i.d. protein detection system is designed to allow researchers to produce higher quality Western blots 80% more quickly than with conventional immunodetection protocols.

By shortening the time required for blocking, washing and antibody incubations to 30 mins, the system allows researchers to optimise their immunodetection conditions for the highest quality results.

This vacuum-driven technology is compatible with all membrane types and detection methods. Antibody solutions can be collected and re-used for even more economical immunodetection.
