Quansys Biosciences Q-Plex multiplex ELISAs

Q-Plex assays allow users to analyse up to 16 samples from less than 30 µL of sample in 2.5 h.

The technology is easy to use (essentially an ELISA protocol), backed by publications and said to offer improvements over other multiplex platforms. The user can choose from standard kits or customise his or her exact array.

For data analysis, an image of the plate is taken via a high-resolution camera (Q-View Imager or approved gel doc system) or fluorescent scanner (LI-COR Odyssey) and the data is quantitatively analysed using the Q-View Software.
