siTOOLs Biotech raPOOLs RNA antisense pools

RNA antisense pools (raPOOLs), from siTOOLs Biotech, provide robust and specific isolation of targeted RNA from cells. Complex pooling of optimally designed biotinylated DNA probes maximises coverage of targeted RNA, enabling robust enrichment. This allows for identification and characterisation of interacting nucleic acids and proteins of targeted RNA.

The product can be applied for large-scale isolation of RNAs from cell lysates such as long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and premature/messenger RNAs, as well as co-isolation of the interactome to study associated proteins and nucleic acids. It is highly efficient, specific and customisable; provides 100-fold enrichment of target RNA; and shows reproducible and consistent levels of RNA enrichment.
