Transfection system

Wednesday, 30 September, 2009 | Supplied by: Life Technologies

Invitrogen’s Neon Transfection System efficiently delivers nucleic acids into all mammalian cell types including primary, stem and difficult-to-transfect cells. The system is for scientists performing gene function experiments who want the flexibility of an open system which allows for customisation and optimisation of existing or user-defined protocols.

The system also features a wide cell/reaction range (2 x 104 to 6 x 108 cells/reaction) and is suitable for 100 and 60 mm and 6- and 24-well tissue culture formats.

The kits are compatible with all cell types and ready-to-use universal buffers are included. 10 or 100 µL formats and a user-friendly interface are also included.

Fail-safe protocols have been pre-validated for the majority of cell types saving research time.
