AusMedtech 2014 business matching now open

The AusMedtech 2014 conference has re-introduced AusPartnering, a business matching and partnering platform allowing delegates to schedule 30-minute one-on-one meetings with other attendees in a dedicated meeting area. All conference attendees have access to the AusPartnering system upon registration.

Mick Farrell, CEO of ResMed, will be travelling from San Diego to deliver a plenary address at AusMedtech 2014, where he will speak about ResMed’s global presence. Australia’s largest medical device company, ResMed has expanded across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas. The company now has direct operations in 18 countries and distribution in more than 70 countries.

Registrations are now open for AusMedtech 2014, allowing attendees to learn from Farrell and other expert presenters and to network with colleagues who share the challenges associated with the medtech sector via the AusPartnering business matching system. Other speakers on on the program include:

AusMedtech 2014 will be held from 1-2 April at the Hilton on the Park, Melbourne, supported by the Victorian Government. The annual conference brings together key stakeholders from the Australian and international medical devices and diagnostics sector to discuss the major factors in global medtech success. The program covers commercial issues such as export opportunities, hot technologies, finance and investment, along with providing updates in the fields of IP, regulatory approvals, health economics and reimbursement and sales networks.
