Director of API retires

A director of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries [ASX: API], Barry Frost, announced his retirement today.
Frost has served on the company's board since 1993, and has been deputy chairman since 2001. His resignation will be effective July 31.
API, which markets and distributes prescription and over-the-counter medications, has announced that it is currently looking for replacement for the position.
