Eqitx to raise $1.8 million

Melbourne-based biotech managed investment group EQiTX (ASX: EQX) will ask shareholders to approve a AUD$1.8 million capital raising to provide working capital for its two projects ZingoTX and VacTX.

The placement, involving the issue of six million new shares at $0.30 plus two million free attaching options with an exercise price of $0.20, is to be underwritten by Cunningham Securities.
